Terms of Use
The visitor/user of the pages and services of the Network gives his consent to the following terms of use, which apply to all the content, pages, graphics, images, photos and files included in the site. Therefore, you must read these terms carefully before visiting or using the site's pages and services. If he does not agree, then he must not use the services and content of the site. The visitor / user is requested to check the content of the specific pages for possible changes. Continuing to use the site even after any changes means the visitor/user's unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Shipping/Posting items
Each order is shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) via the shipping method chosen by the buyer (post or courier). Once the order is shipped, the buyer receives an email notification with the order details and tracking number (if available from the post office or courier). The average delivery time for post office is 3 working days and for courier 1-2 working days. The hub is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the order by the post office or courier.
Returns
The hub provides a guarantee for all the products it has in case they are delivered damaged. In this case, the buyer must return or mail within 30 days the damaged items to the company's headquarters for a replacement. If the buyer chooses to mail them, they are responsible for any postage costs incurred. Returns are accepted for replacement only and not for refund.
Order cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel the order by phone or email within 24 hours or before the order is shipped.
Service after purchase
After completing the order, the buyer has the possibility to request the course of the order (preparation, invoicing, postage, etc.). through the order control panel.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
Apart from the expressly stated exceptions (copyrights of third parties, partners and entities), all the content of the site, including images, graphics, photographs, plans, texts, the services provided and generally all its files, are intellectual property, registered trademarks and trademarks services of the mentioned node owner and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Consequently, none of them may be in whole or in part sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished or "uploaded", transmitted or distributed in any way. Excluded is the case of single storage of a single copy of part of the content on a simple personal PC (computer) for personal and not public or commercial use and without erasing their indication of origin from the node, without affecting in any way the related intellectual and industrial property rights.
The internal content management software is intellectual property, registered trademarks and service marks of the node manufacturer and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Consequently, it may not be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished or "uploaded", transmitted or distributed in any way, in whole or in part.
The other products or services mentioned on the online pages of this site and bearing the marks of the respective organizations, companies, partner bodies, associations or publications, are their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore these bodies bear the relevant responsibility.
Guest / user responsibility
The visitor/user of the site's pages and services assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the site by bad or unfair use of the relevant services.
Limitation of Network Liability
The contents of the site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The hub does not warrant that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruption, error-free and that errors will be corrected. Also the node does not guarantee that it or any other related site or the servers through which they are made available to you, are provided to you without "viruses" or other malicious software. The hub does not under any circumstances guarantee the correctness, completeness or availability of the contents, pages, services, options or their results. The cost of possible corrections or services is borne by the visitor/user and in no case by the node.
Exclusion of legal advice
The content and information included in the site constitute an offer to the visitor/user of the site and in general to the community of Internet users and may in no case be taken as legal advice nor do they under any circumstances conceal any such relationship between a lawyer and customer or prompt for the business or non-specific actions. Bulletin Board / Forum
The administrator develops his own message boards by providing visitors/users of his services with the possibility to take part in the discussion/commenting of topics by sending/posting written messages. The visitor/user of the site must observe the rules of good behavior and decency and not engage in illegal or immoral formalities. The administrator reserves the right to automatically filter common malicious wording as well as to prohibit or stop viewing the written message in case of violation of the above terms. The administrator can in no way be considered to accept or embrace in any way the personal ideas or perceptions expressed in said messages/spaces. The visitor/user of the relevant services retains any intellectual property rights embodied in his messages.
Applicable Law and Other Terms
The above terms and conditions of use of the hub, as well as any modification, change or alteration thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between the hub and the visitor/user of its pages and services and only binds them. No modification of these terms shall be considered and shall not form a part of this agreement unless made in writing and incorporated herein.
