Energy certified cast steel and cast iron fireplaces with 3 air chambers.
They are made of PYRAMACHO steel 4mm thick on the outside and 10mm cast iron plates on the inside, screwed onto the steel. They owe their high performance and thermal power to the 3 air chambers.
The 1st air chamber (4mm thick) is located at the back of the stove and from there the cold air enters through the fan/motor.
The 2nd air chamber (thickness 6mm) is located inside the hob at the top in direct contact with the flame (it also functions as a cutter).
The 3rd air chamber (6mm thick) is located above and outside the combustion area.
Cast iron plates of special specification GG25, to ensure us high performance, longevity over time and can be replaced with great ease. The speed of the cold air that is channeled into the air chambers by the fan/motor is regulated electronically by the dimmer-thermostat which shows us the temperature indication of the exit of the hot air from the blinds. The fan/motor is placed at the bottom of the stove and is directly accessible from the combustion area.
Energy fireplaces to perform at their maximum potential must be operated with the door closed. The doors are made of special fire-resistant steel and have an air curtain, with 4mm ceramic glass and a stainless steel braided wire rope is used to lift them. The door paint is electrostatic. On the front of the door is placed the superimposed combustion air intake adjustment lever and the child safety lock.
